1. Exercises 

You’ve probably seen those neck exercises on social media. Do they work? Well, they can help tighten things up a bit. But patience is key – you gotta stick with it daily for a couple of months to see results. Check out this video for some exercises that might be your new daily routine.

And here’s a cool one – chewing gum! It works those facial muscles and tightens the skin. Just go for the sugar-free kind to save your teeth.

2. Massages 

Who doesn’t love a good massage, right? Facial massages can help stimulate blood circulation, collagen production, and make those serums work better. Try these jawline and double chin massages with your fingers or, if you’re feeling fancy, a Gua Sha stone.

Remember, do it on a clean face, and use products that suit your skin.

3. Skincare 

Creams won’t magically erase your double chin, but they can stimulate collagen production. Retinol is your friend here – it’s like a superhero for cell renewal and skin firmness. Just use it in the evening and slap on some sunscreen during the day.

4. Home Remedies
